None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. Record reveals that on earlier occasion, the Petitioners being directed to serve copies of the application upon learned Counsel for the Informant has also learned Counsel for the State, had on the last date had prayed for grant of time which had been granted for the purpose.

Learned Counsel for the State as well as the Informant submits to have not received the copy of the application as yet.

In the above state of affair, the ABLAPL stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
