Instant I.A is filed by the petitioner for modification/ clarification of the Courts' order dated 1st December, 2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order of the Court in CRLMC No. 3315 of 2022 needs clarification.

Heard Mr. Moharana, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department.

The Court was of the view that since there was no chargesheet against the petitioner, hence, therefore, there remained no reason for issuance of any direction and accordingly, the order dated 1st December, 2022 was passed in CRLMC No. 3315 of 2022. As necessary corollary, it is to be held that there has been no criminal proceeding pending against the petitioner.

To give effect to the order dated 1st December, 2022, with such clarification, the I.A. stands disposed of. 6.
