Since the Petitioner claims 3rd ACP w.e.f. 01.01.2006 and approached this Court by filing this Writ Petition in the year 2016, i.e. after ten years, thereby the matter involves money claim. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
