Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

(i) To direct the respondents to declare the post of applicant OVS class-I, Group-A (Sr.

Branch) in the pay band-3 in the scale of Rs.15,600-39000/- with grade of Rs.6600 w.e.f 25.4.12 as per resolution dtd.24.4.12 under Annexure-2 and grant all consequential and service benefits.

(ii) To direct the respondents to release the differential salary consequent upon the up gradation of post of applicant to OVS Class-1, Group-A (Sr. Branch) in accordance with resolution dtd. 24.4.12 under Annexure-2.

(iii) And pass such other order / orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation

// 2 // dated 05.11.2014 under Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
