By way of the Original Application (converted to the present writ petition), seventeen numbers of petitionersapplicants have sought for quashing the Office order/letter dated 19.08.2014 vide Annexure-4 series, whereunder fresh selection for the recruitment of Primary School Teachers, in place of those appointed during the incumbency of K.C. Guru, Ex-Inspector of Schools, Sambalpur Circle, Sambalpur, was undertaken.

It is stated by Mr. D. Routray, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that many of other similarly placed persons appointed during the incumbency of K.C. Guru, Ex-Inspector of Schools, Sambalpur Circle, Sambalpur, were regularized by virtue of intervention of this Court as well as the Hon'ble Apex Court. However, he submits that he does not have current status/position with regard to the present petitioners-applicants and prays for disposal of this writ petition with liberty for revival.

Mr. Ramanath Acharya, the learned Standing Counsel (School & Mass Education) appearing for the Opposite partiesState submits that he has no objection to such proposition. 4.
In view of the aforesaid conceded position, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to revive it within a period of thirty days, in case cause of action still subsists.
