The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to declare the gradation list under Annexure-2 Series being violative of the provisions of law.

Though the Petitioner has challenged the gradation list, he has not impleaded all the persons named in the gradation list as opposite parties, save and except Opposite Parties 5, 6 and 7.

Since none is there to prosecute the case on behalf of the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this Writ Petition, which is accordingly dismissed. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
