Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she has no instructions, whereas Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate states that the Land Acquisition Officer, Puri has passed an order dated 20th May, 2022 in compliance of the order dated 3rd March, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.4680 of 2021, thereby rendering the present Contempt Petition as infructuous.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
