Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"(i) To direct the respondents more especially to Respondent No.2 to give promotion to the Applicant to the post of VLW in view of the gradation list prepared under Annexure-2.
(ii) To direct respondents to give all financial and consequential service benefits to applicant with retrospective effect.
(iii) And pass any other appropriate order / orders as would be deemed fit and proper".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 25.10.2014 under Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition. 5.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with
// 2 // law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
