I.A. No.2591 of 2022

1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. The prayer for modification, as sought for in the I.A., is allowed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title of the bail application, so far as the G.R. Case Number is concerned.

3. Accordingly, in the 6th line of para-3 of the order dated 15.11.2022 passed in the ABLAPL, the words and figures "G.R. Case No.488 of 2022" are hereby corrected and replaced by the words and figures "G.R. Case No.466 of 2022".

4. Ten days' further time from today is extended, as a last chance, for the Petitioners to surrender before the court below as per the aforesaid order dated 15.11.2022, but subject to payment of cost of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the Money Receipt thereof before the concerned court.
