Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- (i) To quash the order dtd. 25.4.14 under Annexure-6 as such declared as illegal and arbitrary.

(ii) To direct the respondents more especially to Respondent No.2 to give promotion to the Applicant to the post of VLW in view of the gradation list prepared under Annexure-1.

(iii) To direct respondents to give all financial and consequential service benefits to application with retrospective effect.

(iv) And pass any other appropriate order / orders as would be deemed fit and proper".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
