1. Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

2. Prayer for modification, as sought for, is allowed.

3. In the 11th line of Paragrah-4 of the order dated 21.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 14290 of 2022, the words "S.D.J.M., Berhampur" is hereby corrected and replaced by the words "J.M.F.C (Rural), Berhampur".

4. Considering the ground advanced by learned counsel for the Petitioner, two weeks further time from today is extended, as a last chance, for the Petitioner to surrender before the court below as per the order dated 21.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 14290 of 2022, but subject to payment of cost of ₹500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the Money Receipt thereof before the concerned

// 2 // court. It is made clear that, other conditions in the said order remain unchanged.

5. The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
