None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. Heard learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.

Learned Standing Counsel for the School submits that in the Original Application, the Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Opposite Parties to revise the pay of scale under ORSP Rules 1974. 4.

On perusal of the same, this Court finds that no effective relief can be granted to the Petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rule.
