dutta On 21.02.2022 the following order was passed when the matter was taken up:

"The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 6th August, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 07.12.2015.

Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that as the matter is pending since 2012, he is not in touch with the petitioner and seeks accommodation so as to obtain up-to-date instruction from the petitioner.

Accordingly, list on 28th March, 2022 as prayed for."

On 28.03.2022 none had appeared and to grant another opportunity, the matter was adjourned to 25.04.2022.

When the matter is taken up today, again no one appears.
