1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the present Petitioner is having two similar antecedents standing to his credit.

3. Keeping in view the nature of allegations, the seriousness and gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, which is accordingly rejected. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
