In course of hearing, it is submitted at Bar that the case of the Petitioner is already stood cover by the decision of this Court in Nabakishore Naik vrs. State (W.P.(C) No.5274 of 2022 disposed of on 19.7.2022 also involving the development through the Resolution dated 8.12.2022 passed by the Government of Odisha in General Administration & Public Grievance Department. There is no dispute in the above disclosure.

In the circumstance, this Court disposes of the matter directing the Cuttack Development Authority, O.P.2 to take a decision on the request of the Petitioner but however dependent on
