1. This is an application for modification of order dated 15th November, 2022.

2. Since the modification is intended to bring new facts to the existing order, allowing the modification would mean a review of the order which is not permissible. This Court, therefore, is not inclined to bring such facts against modification of order dated 15th November, 2022.

3. Accordingly, the I.A. is dismissed.
