Heard Mr. A.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Bhartwaj learned counsel for the State. 3.
Even though this Writ Petition has been filed in the year, 2014 but no notice was issued to the Opposite Parties till date.

Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner has brought to my notice the order passed by the Opposite Party No.1 under Annexure-5, wherein the claim of the Petitioner was rejected basing on the direction issued by this Court in W.P.(C) No.19230 of 2013. As reflected in the said order, the Petitioner has only worked for 132 days from 20.08.1992 and he is not there in the service after completing the same.

In view of the fact that no notice was issued and in view of the admitted fact that the Petitioner continued for 132 days only w.e.f. 20.08.1992, the prayer made in this Writ Petition cannot be allowed.

Accordingly, the WPC(OAC) stands dismissed.
