The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to release the 2nd and 3rd RACP in his favour with arrears and Grade Pay as per Finance Department Resolutions dated 06.02.2013 and 17.01.2015.

Mr. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that the relief claimed for by the Petitioner has already been granted and the same has been stated by them in Paragraphs-3 and 4 of the Counter Affidavit filed by Opposite Parties 2 and 3.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
