The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to release the ACP and 1st RACP benefits in his favour. 4.

Mr. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that the benefit of 1st RAPC has already been granted with effect from 01.01.2013.
