This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.795 of 2012 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubanswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OA) No.795 of 2012.

The Petitioners approached the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal with the grievance that they were disengaged to operate as Data Entry Operator on the ground of paucity of funds and low prison population. The Petitioners also made an alternative prayer for utilizing their services against the post of Data Entry Operator or Warders.

None appears for the Petitioners when the matter is called. 5.

Due to long pendency of the case, the matter appears to have rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the P.T.O.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
