2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "1. Quash the order of rejection under Annexure-5 and consequently the order of reversion under Annexure-3 with all service and financial benefits.
2. Direct that the applicant is entitled to all financial benefits including financial benefit in pension, gratuity and other retirement dues since the applicant was retired on superannuation on 31.1.2011."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2
// 2 // to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
