The Original Application No.238 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.238 of 2016.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the matter relates to transfer way back in the year 2015 and by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
