This Interim Application has been filed for withdrawal of the writ petition.

It is averred in the Interim Application that since the Authorities have already assured the petitioner to consider her claim, the petitioner does not want to proceed with this case any further and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid prayer made in the Interim Application, this I.A. stands allowed. Consequently, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
