1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in anticipation of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s.365/379/34 IPC.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the Informant submits that the vehicle in question is yet to be recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that there are several criminal antecedents of grave nature standing to the credit of the Petitioners.

5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. The ABLAPL is accordingly rejected.
