The Original Application No.937 of 2012 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubanswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OA) No.937 of 2012.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner/Applicant has filed the petition for consideration of revised pension, gratuity and commuted value of pension and payment of differential unutilized leave salary.

Vide order dated 13.8.2013 in OA No. 937 of 2012, the learned Tribunal has recorded that Sri Bisoi appearing on behalf of Mr. P.K. Mishra submitted that the Petitioner by then had already been expired and he wished to move petition for substitution by brining the legal heirs on record.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner today submits that he has no up-to-date instruction in the matter.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the legal heirs to revive the said petition within 90 days from today, if any cause of action survives. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
