This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

When the matter was taken up on 21.03.2022, the following order was passed:- "It is submitted by Ms. Patra that the original application was disposed of vide order dated 18.06.2012 passed in O.A. No.616 of 2011. She submits that she shall file the copy of that order along with a memo for reference.
Accordingly, list on 6th April, 2022.
Records of WPC(OA) No.616 of 2011, if available from the erstwhile Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar be called for by the Registry." 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed memo as at Flag-'A' enclosing copy of the Order No.7 dated 18.06.2012 by which O.A. No.616 of 2011 and O.A. No.544 of 2012 were disposed of by the said common order.

As directed, the Registry has called for the records of O.A. No.616 of 2011. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it contains Order No.7 dated 18.06.2012 which has been written by hand but has been signed by the learned Administrative Member. At the last page some corrections have been carried out in the order containing the
// 2 // initials apparently of the learned Member (Administrative). 5.
In view of the above, no order needs to be passed in the present WPC (OA) No.544 of 2012, which was disposed of by order dated 18.06.2012 by the learned Tribunal. 6.
Records of the O.A. No.616 of 2011 as received from the Registry of the learned Tribunal be tagged with the records of WPC (OA) No.544 of 2012.
