This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.3545(C) of 2014 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.3545 of 2014. 3.

The Petitioner by filing the Original Application before the Administrative Tribunal challenged the office order bearing No. 20824 dated 21.06.2014 passed by the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha.

The grievance of the Petitioner was that he was not given promotion to the post of Senior Sub-ordinate Education Service (SES) Headmaster from Junior SES teacher.
