1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s.379/34 IPC read with Section 51 (1)(i) of the OMMC Rules.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the present Petitioner having series of criminal antecedents in grave and heinous offences to his credit.

4. Having regard to the fact that the Petitioner is having series of criminal antecedents to his credit, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. The ABLAPL stands dismissed. (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge KC Bisoi
