3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner who was serving as BDO as Nuagaon, Jagatsinghpur, challenges the transfer order passed by Respondent No.1 on the ground that he has been frequently transferred.

4. Since the matter was pertaining the year 2016 and the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
