ORDER

03.03.2022 WPC (OA) No. 888 of 2012 & WPC (OA) No. 889 of 2012 Order No.

01.

1.

This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

Since both the petitions are filed by the same Petitioner/Applicant, those are taken up together for hearing and disposal by this common order.

3.

The Original Application Nos.888 & 889 of 2012 were filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubanswar. After its abolition, the same have been transferred to this Court which are renumbered as WPC(OA) No.888 & 889 of 2012.

3.

So far as WPC (OA) No. 888 of 2012 is concerned, the Petitioner has challenged the order of suspension and also sought for payment of subsistence allowance. So far as WPC(OA) No. 889 P.T.O.

// 2 // of 2012 is concerned, the Petitioner alleges that without furnishing proper documents, the Departmental Proceeding is under progress. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction in this matter.

5.

By efflux of time, it seems that both the petitions have been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to revive the said petition within 90 days from today, if any cause of action survives.

6.

In view of the above, both the writ petitions stand disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
