Heard Mr. S.P. Pati, learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the Order dated 13.01.2016 under Annexure-14, by which their representation has been rejected and further to issue direction to the Opposite Parties to re-engage the Petitioner in different on-going projects under the Water Resources Department.

Since the Petitioners have rendered services only for two years and thereafter, they have been disengaged from 2016, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
