Heard Mr. G.N. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to demolish the front boundary wall and any portion of the building of the petitioner adjacent to the side of the roads runs from Kalinga Stadium Chhak to Eureka Club. 4.

Since the petitioner claims the land to be his own land, this court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the competent Civil Court seeking appropriate declaration. 5.

With that liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
