The Original Application No.3687(C) of 2014 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.3687 of 2014. 2.
The Petitioner, appointed as Sikshya Karmi of Primary School vide order dated 9th October, 1991 was posted in Talasingh Primary School. His service was stated to have been regularized as Primary School Teacher on 9th October, 1991. He was selected to undergo Certificate Training course, which he completed in the year 1999. It is claimed that in view of the Odisha Revised Scale of Pay Rules, 2008, as there is no promotional avenue, the Petitioner is entitled for Assured Career Progression on completion of 15 years of service w.e.f. 01.12.2009.

At the time of hearing today, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the relief claimed in the writ petition has been

In view of such submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
