2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"to quash the order under Annexure-4 which is not tenable in the eye of law.
Hon'ble Tribunal kindly grant any other relief (s) in favour of the applicant for ends of justice. 4.
Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if any such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
