Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No.95 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned JMFC, Telkoi, Keonjhar Dist-Keonjhar, arising out of Telkoi P.S. Case No.99 of 2022, for commission of alleged offences under Sections 341/324/307/506/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Keonjhar, by order dated 17.10.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this bail application so far as petitioner No.1 is concerned. The same accordingly stands rejected. 5.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner No.1 to renew his prayer before the learned Court in seisin at a later stage.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as for the State that the injuries suffered are simple in nature, this Court directs the petitioner No.2 to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin.

Taking into account the criminal proclivity of the petitioner No.2, this Court directs him to appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week on such date and time be fixed by the learned Court in seisin till conclusion of trial. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
