This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the State. Perused the writ application, annexures attached to the writ application. 4.
The present writ application has been filed with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to allow the Petitioner to continue up to 60 years of age, being the Petitioner is a Work Sarkar of Group-D employee and shall retire on superannuation at the age of 60 years on 31.03.2015 being his date of birth is 04.03.1955, with all service and financial benefits.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the State that similar writ applications have been disposed of by this Court directing the authorities to consider the case of the Petitioner. Further it is submitted that in the event the Petitioner files a representation along with all supporting documents before the authority, the same
// 2 // shall be considered within a stipulated period of time. 6.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court instead of keeping the matter pending, which was filed in the year 2013, this Court disposes of the writ application with a direction to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation stating therein all the grounds available to him annexing all the supporting documents before the Opposite Party No.1 within two weeks along with certified copy of this order. In the event such a representation is filed before the authority, within the aforesaid period the same shall be considered within three months by passing a reasoned and speaking order The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of 10 days thereafter.

This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
