This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the notice of eviction issued by the authority under Annexure-7. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made objection before the opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-8 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.4 to consider the objection filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
