Heard the submission of learned Petitioner in person. 2.

Petition involves following prayer:

"It is therefore, humbly prayed that your Lordships would graciously be pleased to

(1) Admit this Writ application.

(2) Direct the Opp. Party No. 1 to consider the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 within a stipulated time frame.

And pass any other order/ orders, direction/directions as would be deem fit and proper.

And for this act of your Lordships kindness the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

On the selfsame issue, it appears Petitioner has already approached to the R.D.C. (C.D.) Cuttack vide annexure- 3 series appears to be pending consideration as of now. From the appearance at page 22, it also becomes clear that, the Petitioner has

// 2 // made such request to the R.D.C. (C.D.) Cuttack through registered post. In the circumstance as the proceeding is still pending with the Competent Authority, i.e. R.D.C. (C.D.) Cuttack Opposite Party No. 1, the Opposite Party No. 1 is directed to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and take a decision by making inquiry, if any, involving the party likely to be affected. 4.
