The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party No.3 to sponsor the name of the petitioner to opposite party no.2 for his appointment as Junior Assistant. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that opposite party no.2 vide order dated 17.08.2012 requested the opposite party no.3 to sponsor the names of the candidates for appointment to the post of Jr. Assistant in the office of the Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar. In the said order, it has been indicated that W.P.(C) No. 31238 of 2011 filed by one Sri Nirakar Sahoo and others has already been dismissed.

In view of the above, let the opposite party no.3 take a decision in compliance to the letter dated 17.08.2012 of the opposite party no.2 under Annexure-4, if the same has not yet been complied with. 6.
