This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No.3546(C) of 2014 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.3546 of 2014. 3.
The Petitioner while working as Watcher-cum-Sweeper in Kasturaba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Komna assailed the order dated 10th June, 2014 passed by the Headmaster of the aforesaid School, whereby he was disengaged from his duty due to negligence.

While issuing notice vide order dated 28th November, 2014, the learned Administrative Tribunal took note of the fact that though the Petitioner was working in the aforesaid School continuously, he was not paid salary from April, 2012 to 10th June, P.T.O.
// 2 // 2014. As an interim relief, the learned Tribunal directed for release of arrear salary for the aforesaid period.

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 6.
By efflux of time as stated by Mr. R.C. Pattnaik, Addl. Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education, the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the Petitioner to revive the same within 90 days from today, if any cause of action still survives. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
