This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The T No. 141 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (T) No.141 of 2016.

Mr. B.Ch. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction in the matter. 4.

Since the matter is of the year 2016 and by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous. 5.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous reserving liberty to the Petitioner to revive the petition within a period of 90 days from today, if any cause of action still survives.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
