The Original Application P.P.No.233 (C) of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPPC) No.233 of 2016. 2.

The Petitioners being aggrieved by improper preparation of gradation of vulnerability places for posting with regard to Health Institutions and grouping of the said Health Institutions as vulnerability (V-2) category instead of vulnerability group-4, approached by way of present petition. The Petitioners have been debarred to get the financial benefit provided to Vulnerability-4 category and thereby suffered huge pecuniary loss. 3.

On an earlier occasion when the matter was called, none had put in appearance. However, today when the matter is called,

// 2 // counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction in the matter.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the Petitioners to revive the writ petition within a period of 30 days, if cause of action still subsists. (M.S. Raman) Judge Aks
