This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application PP No.234(C) of 2016 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAPPC) No.234 of 2016. 3.

The Petitioner has assailed the office order bearing No. 6546 dated 2nd April, 2016 passed by the Health & Family Welfare Department, whereby the Petitioner was disengaged. 4.

Mr. S. Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the services of the Petitioner have been regularized and no cause of action still survives.

In view of the above submission made, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
