Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation makes a statement that since the Petitioners are private holders in respect of the buildings in question, there is no possibility with the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation in taking any such steps. Mr. Panda, learned counsel thus claimed, the allegation made by the Petitioners is out and out false.

Keeping in view the statement made by Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, this Court finds, the case is based on a false pretext. This Court, therefore, is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, which is, hereby, dismissed.
