RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 7th August, 2021, the original application having been transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition. 2.
On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 26.09.2013.

The original application was filed by the applicant/petitioner in the year 2012 praying for a direction to regularize his services, when the petitioner was working as an Attendant at Area Hospital, Umarkote, Nabarangpur under the administrative control of Chief District Medical Officer, Nabarangpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner's service has been regularized and nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
