01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs:

"In view of the facts stated in the paragraph 6 above the applicant prays for the following reliefs:

i. The Hon'ble Tribunal be graciously be pleased to admit the original application and call for records and upon perusal of causes shown, if any, be pleased to allow this application and be pleased to set aside the letter dtd.05.05.2016 under Annexure-7 and be further pleased to direct the respondents to absorb the applicants on regular basis relaxing the age and in accordance with the Rules governing the field prior to issuance of Annuxure. And such further order(s) as deemed fit and proper.

4. Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to make individual representations before the Opp. Party No. 1 by

// 2 // enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence.

5. It is observed that if such representations are filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representations. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
