1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with a prayer to quash Minutes of Meeting dated 21.08.2013 under Annexure-2 in the Office Chamber of I.G. of Police, Personnel, Odisha, Cuttack to discuss the issue regarding training of the recruit ASI(Operator/Mechanic) of signal establishment.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the cause of action against which the Writ Petition filed does not survive any more.

4. In that view of the such facts, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
