1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. The petitioner is praying for quashing the order of rejection of the representation vide order No.12196 dated 05.06.2012 under Annexure-7 and consequently, the order of his transfer vide O.O. No.11069 dated 15.05.2012 under Annexure-2. The order of rejection is totally non-application of mind based without reasons.
3. Since the matter of transfer is of the year, 2012, the cause of action must have extinguished by now. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
4. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action is surviving.
