The Original Application No. 295 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench: Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPPC) No. 295 of 2016.

By enclosing the representation dated 14th May, 2015 addressed to Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary, School and Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, the Petitioners made prayer to issue direction to dispose of the same by considering their grievance. It is the grievance of the Petitioners that the Government is required to give them the status of Level-III post of elementary cadre on the basis of duties discharged as Cluster Resource Centre Coordinator (C.R.C.C).

Mr. R.N. Acharaya, Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education submitted that the Authority-Opposite Party No.1, Secretary to Government, Department of School and

// 2 // Mass Education, Bhubaneswar, would consider their representation, if not disposed of as yet.

This Court directs the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation within a period of six months from today and communicate necessary orders to the Petitioners concerned.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands dismissed.
