Mr.T.N.Patnaik, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.4 on instruction submits that the weightage has been given to the Petitioner and on the basis of such weightage, he is found eligible and accordingly admission is given to the Petitioner. In such view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ application. 4.
